A Grand Adventure

A few days ago I  took Ben, Rose, Joey, and David to a stream by our house and after a few minutes of "be careful" and "don't get muddy" and "don't fall in" and "hey, stop running, it's slippery", I took a step back and decided to let them enjoy this grand adventure of their's and not worry if they got muddy or splashed a little in the stream.

Kid's really do have the best adventures.

Looking Back

I guess it's a part of growing up, but time seems to slip by at an astonishing rate. This past year was no exception. It was a good year, a very good year. I thought of several different end-of-year review posts, including doing what I did last year. In the end I decided to go by month-by-month and share my favorite photo(s) from each month.
