Assateague 2013 || Photo Story

This post is LONG over due. In fact it's about a year over due. Yeah. A year ago this time, I had just come home from a fantabulous week with some of my favorite girls.

But, you see, the problem with photography being my job is that personal photos more often than not take the back burner. But hey, better late than never, right? :)

Anyways, here it is, a year late, the photo story of the epic-ness that was our Senior Girl's beach trip!

The crazy  and addictive card game of "Cheat Your Neighbor".

All our group photos were achieved thanks to two ingenious little inventions, one a tripod, and two a wireless shutter remote :)

Oh look! A wild horse! 

The night sky was incredible. 

And it isn't a beach trip if you don't wake up for the sunrise at least once! :)

Capitol Cherry Blossoms

I've never been in D.C. when the cherry blossoms are in bloom before, and I knew it was something I wanted to see this year! Cecilia and I decided to spend the day in D.C. this past Saturday and it was a glorious day. Sure it was extremely crowded, but the weather was perfect and we still had a blast.

We started our day out at the Botanical Gardens next to the Capitol building before walking down the National Mall all the way past the Monument to the Cherry Blossoms.
